The elite award was based on an extensive set of criteria administered by Crescendo Business Services to find out which New Jersey wealth managers scored highest in overall satisfaction.

To determine wealth managers who scored highest in overall client satisfaction, selection criteria included: (a) a survey administered by mail and phone to over 235,000 high net-worth households within the New Jersey area; (b) background review to uncover any issues concerning compliance, consumer complaints, and civil judicial actions, and (c) review by a blue-ribbon panel comprised of individuals within the financial services industry. Fewer than 2% of the 34,000 wealth managers within the New Jersey area were selected for this recognition.
The survey recipients were asked to evaluate only wealth managers whom they know through personal experience and to evaluate them based upon nine types of criteria: customer service, integrity, knowledge/expertise, communication, value for fee charged, meeting of financial objectives, post-sale service, quality of recommendations and overall satisfaction. In addition, only wealth managers with over five years of experience were included.
